Why "Always Eat After 7 PM"? (Sponsored Post) Pt. 2

As you know, my goal is to increase my energy to be able to balance school, work, and self/family - my dynamic trinity. To jumpstart that, I've started reading and following Joel Marion's "Always Eat After 7PM" book and diet. Now, I know your thinking, DIET!!!. 

Well, as I said, I'm looking to increase my overall energy. I am not looking to lose weight. This is the main reason I was excited to give Joel's book and diet a chance.
