Vali - Health & Wellness (Sponsored Post)

Last month, I was given the opportunity to review/sample a time-released caffeine supplement by ⇒ Vali,⇐ a health and wellness company that "believes in honesty, transparency, and 3rd party testing of every batch we make."
"This post is sponsored by Vali but the words expressed in the review below are 100% my own. I wouldn't be my honest transparent self, if I didn't give ya'll the 4-1-1".

As a self-proclaimed "Caffeine Addict", these pills are on point. Not only are they vegetarian friendly and non-gmo, but they do not have any added or artificial sugar (score💖).The added bonus for me is that they have less calories and fat than the 2 large coffee drinks I typical consume during a work day. The pills are clear with the visible white power, they are easy to swallow and don't have a weird smell or aftertaste. In fact they smell sort of sweet a little spicy like cinnamon, very pleasant.

I've been taking them for about a month now, initially replacing my morning coffee (large caramel macchiatto) with the pill, and its provided me with at least an extra 3 hrs of energy before I feel a little sluggish (not a full crash, that I usually experience by 2pm) and need that coffee boost (plus I love coffee so I am NOT really about to give it up). The energy is more constant and contained rather than a burst and subsequent fall, so its worth it.

I found they did give me an added boost of energy, which definitely came in handy when I was studying for the LSAT, while balancing work, family, blog (2nd job), and social obligations!  I haven't experienced any side effects or disruptions in sleep.

Overall, I highly recommend them and I mean that, as I don't wholeheartedly agree with the validity of some supplements. However this one has me thinking of considering similar health minded and mostly natural products.
