- One perspective was – those people you would hang out with after work, who you share interests with and have frequent non-work related talks with are Co-workers – essentially those that you consider friends.
- The other perspective was that a co-worker was those you work especially close with and have genuine respect for while colleagues are those you work with at the agency but are not a part of your day to day interactions.
A few weeks back I had a "convo" with a few co-worker/friends about the difference between a co-worker and a colleague when discussing “them people I work with”
